Why I cannot match the charged amount of credit card with the WhatsApp invoice?
It is because the billing system will deduct the balance added in WhatsApp deposit before, and then charge the remaining amount with the credit card. Therefore the charged amount of credit card may not be matched with the WhatsApp invoice.
Which fee will be the auto top up and manual top up used in?
All deposit top up will be used to pay the WhatsApp invoice for sending WhatsApp template messages.
Why there is no invoice for deposit top up in invoice page?
The WhatsApp deposit top-up will not be displayed on the invoice page, you will receive a receipt in your billing email .
