1. Formatting is incorrect
2. The message template(s) contain content that violates WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy
3. The message template(s) contain content that violates WhatsApp’s Business Policy
4. The message template(s) are considered promotional
5. The message template(s) contain potentially abusive or threatening content
