What is the difference between On-Demand and Reserved plans?

On-Demand plans

Enjoy pay-as-you-grow on monthly active users, you will only pay according to the number of Monthly Active Users (MAUs) of your chatbots.





Reserved plans
Pick a reserved plan to enjoy the discounts, you will pay according to the price tier selected monthly.




The price for each reserved plan tier:

  1. Please note that all your plans start immediately. You will be billed from [Today's Date i.e. 24 August 2020] to the end of [Today's Month + Year August 2020] and on the first day of each month after.
  2. Stella subscriptions autorenew monthly until the subscription is cancelled.
  3. If you cancel anytime in the month, you will still need to pay until the end of the month.
