Ticketing Dashboard
The ticketing dashboard provides live chat ticketing information, agent live chat statistics and Bot Platform
channel integration with Stella Inbox. The ticketing dashboard allows login using Stella / Woztell account or
Microsoft account. The access privileges’ for Microsoft accounts are controlled by the access role set in bot
configuration.

How to login in ticketing dashboard?
Ticketing dashboard provides login using Stella / Woztell account and Microsoft account. Admins can use Stella
/ Woztell account to login dashboard for full access. While agents can use their Microsoft account to login to
dashboard with access privileges limited by their role.
Call the setup command from general channel and click on "Dashboard"
Stella / Woztll Account
Login Page
Users can access dashboard using Stella / Woztell account. Users logged in using Stella / Woztell accounts
are considered as admins and have full access to dashboard.
To login using Stella / Woztell account, choose “STELLA LOGIN”.
Login using username and password of your Stella / Woztell account. If you have access to multiple organization’s bot platform, select the organization you want to access.
After confirming access privilege required, the login process is complete. User may proceed on using the
dashboard.

Microsoft Account
Agents can access dashboard using their Microsoft Account. They need to be registered on Stella Inbox in order to access dashboard using their Microsoft account. Their access privileges are controlled by
their role assigned.
To login using Microsoft account, choose “MICROSOFT LOGIN”.
Login using Microsoft account, then the agent will be redirected to authentication page.
Wait for the authentication complete, then user may proceed on using the dashboard if they are registered
agents on Stella Inbox.

Connect Channel
Connect Channel page is used by the dashboard to do first time channel integration for Stella Inbox. Choose a
channel in Stella to be integrated with the Teams Inbox by choosing “Select Existing Channel” and choose
the channel in dropdown menu below. Creating new channel should not be used. This feature is deprecated and
invalid for Woztell Bot Platform (v3). After choosing the channel, press “CONNECT” to connect the channel
with Stella Inbox.
Known Issue: it is known that the dashboard will freeze after connecting the channel. Please refresh dashboard manually and close the tab.
Now Call the setup command again from "general" and click on Dashboard again-

You are now successfully logged in on ticketing dashboard.
