There are some rows with neither external ID or last name in the exported the member list. Why is that?
If the user does not have an "external id" or "last name", it means that the user has only left comments on a Facebook post and they did not interact with the chatbot.
Once the user has interacted with the chatbot, the user’s last name and external id will be displayed again.
Can we filter the list of member in Member? (i.e. by name/channel/tag)
Yes, you can click the filter icon on the left. You can filter out specific groups of members by: Creation Date, Last Active Date, Channel, External ID, Name, Gender, Locale, or Tags. Please check the reference documentation for more details.
How to delete an existing tag for a member?
Follow the procedure below to delete an existing tag for a member. Head to "Member" on the top panel on Stella. Search for the member by name or external ID. Select "Details" of that particular member and delete any unwanted tags.
