I have selected the $99 subscription plan but the total amount in the billing page is not $99, why is that?
According to our billing policy, we will start charging the subscription fee from the first day of the month. If you subscribed in the middle of the month, we will charge you on a pro-rata basis.
For example, if you upgraded to the $99 plan on 6 Dec 2020 from the free trial, we will charge you a pro-rata cost ($80.95) for the first month (6 Dec 2020 to 31 Dec 2020), in which the fee will be deducted on 1 Jan 2021. While on the same day (1 Jan 2021), you will be charged to pre-paying the subscription fee ($99) for the upcoming month (1 Jan 2021 to 31 Jan 2021). Since there will be a $10 credit in your free trial, you will have to pay $169.95 in total.
When will the WhatsApp Deposit be reflected in Billing?
The billing page is not updated in real time, it will be updated at the end of the month with the fee of the WhatsApp Template Message sent (WHATSAPP PUSH).
