I have a smartphone with the phone number assigned to WABA. Do I have to keep this device connected or online? Does WhatsApp check that the line is active? Can I switch off the device and have the Stella chatbot still work?
If you have registered a phone number with WABA (WhatsApp Business API) in Stella, there is no need for the use of a device as there is no interface for WABA.
Also, if you have registered a phone number with WABA. that number could not be used on any other WhatsApp apps - including the WhatsApp & WhatsApp Business mobile app.
